-Hello
Brandon, it's a pleasure to interview you again, please
update me on your life: where are you living now?
Currently
I am living in Beijing, China where I have been living
for the last 3 months. I am in love with it here, but
I leave Dec.15th to go back to California. I am very
excited to say I am moving here in March 2010.
-What
do you like most about the country you live in now and
what do you miss the most about your home country?
There are so many things to love about China but
I think the one thing that I love most is that it is
so unpredictable. Its the everyday challenge of
riding my bike to the gym and not being hit by a taxi
cab. Its funny really in California or most places the
pedestrian has the right away. In China its what ever
is the biggest moving vehicle or object on the road
means get out of the way or get hit may be even killed.
I can't just pick one thing, so sorry people here it
goes. I love waking up everyday wondering if the items
that I am going to buy to eat on the menu our something
I can actually eat or just stare at and wonder what
it may be. I love saying Ni Hao or Hello to people who
just stare at me because I am different. I love that
when someone may be upset or rude, I can't understand
mandarine too much so it is easier not to care. I love
China more and more each day that goes by, and that
is why I am going to come back and stay for a few years.

-On
photo shoots: how do you prepare yourself for
a photography session?
I do work out at least
4 to 6 days a week, and eat somewhat perfect at all
times. I love sports so really anything to do my cardio
and most days I do between 45 mins to a hour of cardio.
Mentally I don't really think too much at all if
you have to try and prepare you really should try a
different profession really. It just depends on the
client. In China when I did my first catalog they told
me to change pose! I was like change pose what the hell
is this ZOOLANDER? But, than as I prepared myself for
that particular market it was a breeze. I think the
question should be according to the assignment, because
right now its freezing cold and snowing at times in
Beijing. I have done two magazine shoots in the past
week for Toyota FJ Cruiser and the S55 Mercedes Benz
and they were both outside with frostbitten winds that
make you want to crawl next to a fireplace and you just
cant because you have to work. I imagine if I don't
give the photographer what they want than I will be
out there longer. So I just do my job the only way I
know how and that is to try and deliver what they want
so I can get to the fireplace in my head.
-What
comes to your mind when a photographer asks you for
a sexy/sensual pose?
It
depends on what its for and really how they ask. Because
it can be properly asked but if you can tell its some
perv just trying to get his rocks off I tell them straight
up to be a little more appropriate if not I don't mind
telling someone to Fuck Off. I am in for the right reasons
not to get disrespected its not that important to me.

-Would
you accept a modeling assignment that requires some
nudity? For sure it would have to be something
like Vogue or something like that and it would have
to be something worth doing for my career. I mean
Playboy pays a millions sometimes to see a chick
nude..I mean spread the love.. really! lol
-I
noticed your tattoo on your back, when and why did you
decide to be tattooed? What does it mean to you?
I
have been wanting to get a tattoo for a very long time
I would say around 5 years ago but never did because
of modeling. I chose to get a tattoo of the Fall
of Adam and Eve a year ago last October of 2008.
I chose this tattoo because the story that goes with
it. I mean everyone has their own vice and mine is different
than others. Its when Adam was tempted by the forbidden
fruit and was banned from the garden of Eaden. For some
it may be drugs, for others it may be gambling, and
for me its woman. I am tempted every single day, but
when I am in a relationship I never stray that is one
thing I could tell you, The tree represents for me God
the foundation which is rooted in my skin and helps
me to be me through faith in God. The branches represent
all the different roads we go down trying to not stray
from that narrow road to heaven, The apple is bitten
because we try and mend our hearts but we fall short
of God in his perfection but he is forgiving. The serpent
is Satan and rapped around our lives trying to tempt
and squeeze the God out of our lives.
-Do
you remember the name of your first girlfriend and the
story of your first kiss?
My first girlfriend
that I could really count was 6th grade Jennifer Belikoff
we had been friends for a couple years but I always
had a crush on her even being her best friend. We had
been together for around 2 weeks and we were on our
way to Disneyland "The happiest place on earth."
I remember being so nervous and sitting on the same
side as her on a ride called THE PEOPLE MOVER. It was
a slow ride that had a part where it got really dark.
She asked if I had ever done this before and I said
yes I had to make her a little more comfortable. The
anticipation was killing me waiting for the dark spot
holding onto her hand, it came up to the part I leaned
in and it was so dark we bumped head and kissed for
a good ten seconds. I felt like a king and so amazing.
-What's
your favorite "guilty pleasure" in life?
Well this is another one of those questions that
can go which ever way your mind is thinking at the time.
I first thought about sex but I don't feel guilty about
it, and the other was ice cream. I love both very much.
I mean lets be real sex is amazing and so is ice cream.
I would have to say I only feel guilty about eating
ice cream and that is only after a I go to the gym and
than come home and eat a bowl of ice cream. I think
one that people look down upon is pornography and I
do enjoy watching it as well, but being Christian its
hard because sex you should wait for, and porn you shouldn't
watch. But I never said I was perfect. I think I am
going to go have an ice cream now....haha!
-Which
Chinese food do you like best?
Kung Pao
Ji Din I don't know if I am spelling that right but
its chicken pieces with onions and peanuts its what
most foreigners love eating because its safe but I just
think its so good :) I am daring and will try
most things but somethings are not worth trying to me.
-What is the meaning of fun and having
a good time for you?
The meaning of a good
time I dont know because I love great times. I enjoy
most being around my friends and where ever I am going
I really love to dance. But for me its about being spontaneous
and not giving a F@$%^^$# what anyone thinks about me.
I mean if you can't rip up the dance floor learn to
make fun of yourself and have a great time. There is
no life worth living if you can't let loose with a few
alcoholic beverages or a little bit of Bob Marley's
magic. If you don't know what I am saying I am sorry
lol. A great time is laughter, smiles all around and
stories to tell your kids one day. I think that is most
nights for me because my friends and family are amazing!
-Thanks
again for taking your time to answer my questions Brandon,
good luck with your career!!
One love one
heart Edo, God Bless!
